Return Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it:

- unused, closed and sealed
- in original packaging

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be sent to a return address.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without you first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
